How buying works

Browse listings from other collectors. Every item has been scanned and verified for identification and shows real-time market intelligence: is the price fair, above market, or a deal? Filter by brand, condition, price range, and material. Make an offer or buy at the listed price.

Payment is held in escrow until you receive and inspect the item. You have a 3-day inspection window. For added confidence, add optional professional authentication by LegitGrails at checkout for $25.

How selling works

Any bag in your Purr closet can be listed for sale. Set a price (we suggest one based on market data), add photos, and publish. Or skip the formal listing and just toggle your bag to "open to offers" — it becomes discoverable and buyers can send you offers with no set price.

Platform fee is 10% for free accounts and 8% for Purr+ subscribers. Compare that to The RealReal (up to 40%), Vestiaire Collective (12-15%), or Fashionphile (30-40% below retail offers).
